What is an “assistant”?+
An assistant (we also call it an agent) is a chatbot with a job description. You decide who it is, how it talks and what it's good at — then anyone (just you, or the whole world) can chat with it.
What is a “credit”?+
Credits are how usage is billed — a fair unit based on each model's real cost. Cheap models burn fewer credits; premium ones burn more. Plans include a monthly credit bundle. Run low? Top up with a pack.
What does “training” actually mean here?+
Your saved conversations become practice examples. We run a quick, safe process that nudges an open model to be better at your exact task — more like coaching than surgery. Your base model stays untouched and you can switch back anytime.
How do I make it better after I create it?+
Chat with it. Keep the conversations you like. Open Studio → Train and teach it those answers. Add files if it should look up facts.
Where does my stuff live?+
Conversations and training files live in secure storage we manage for you. We never sell your data or train other people's assistants on it — delete it and it's gone.
Do I need to know how to code?+
No. Building, teaching, publishing and pricing all happen in plain language. Developers get optional extras if they want them — never as a requirement.

How much does it cost to try?+
Nothing. The Free plan includes 50,000 credits a month (~$0.50 of inference) and 200 MB of storage — enough to build, try and even train a small assistant. No credit card required.
What happens when I run out of credits?+
Your assistants pause politely instead of surprising you with a bill. Buy an extra credit pack or upgrade — both take effect instantly from your dashboard. We'll email you at 80% and 100%.
Who owns the assistants I build?+
You do. Your prompts, your conversations, your trained models. If someone uses a paid assistant you shared in the community, you earn that price — platform fee starts at 0% and is shown in-product.
Can other people see my conversations?+
No. Chats are private unless you explicitly publish an assistant — and publishing shares the assistant's behaviour, never your personal chat history.
What does beta mean?+
Nexpher AI is in public beta — the core product works, but features may change, and you may hit occasional issues. We label it clearly so you know what to expect. Report problems from Support or the in-app feedback widget.
Is there a desktop app?+
A Mac app is shipping first, with Windows and Ubuntu next. Until those installers are published, everything works in the browser with the same account. Status lives on the Download page.
